AUTHOR FEES

Indonesian Civil Law Review (ICLR) does not charge authors any fees throughout the manuscript submission and publication process.

ICLR applies a no-fee publication policy, which means authors are not required to pay:

• manuscript submission fees;
• Article Processing Charges (APCs);
• peer-review fees;
• editorial processing fees;
• publication fees;
• DOI assignment fees; or
• other mandatory publication-related charges.

The absence of publication fees does not influence editorial decisions. Manuscripts are evaluated solely on their academic quality, originality, relevance to the journal's aims and scope, ethical compliance, and the results of the editorial and peer-review process.

Authors are not required to make any payment as a condition for manuscript acceptance or publication.

Any optional costs incurred independently by authors, such as professional language editing, translation, or preparation of supporting materials, are the responsibility of the authors and are not collected by ICLR.
